Refund policy

At Loris Canada, we take pride in offering high-quality fragrance products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • The outer packaging (including the cellophane/gelatin wrap) must be fully intact and not removed or damaged

  • The product must be returned in its original box and packaging

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or have damaged or removed outer wrapping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Proof of damage (photos or videos)

  • Order details

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to send the item back

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with removed or damaged cellophane/outer seal

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
